Hidden Gem Barbados

PAYMENTS:

• All bookings are first booked with a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable down payment + $100 USD refundable security deposit.

• Payments can be made via cash, cheque or credit card.

• The REMAINING BALANCE DUE 1 WEEK BEFORE PARTY. Hidden Gem reserves the right to cancel bookings if cheque has been returned or not paid in full by the 1 week's deadline. Bookings canceled due to non-payment will forfeit any payments made.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. There is a $200BBD/$100USD change of date fee, per change, should you need to reschedule the date after your booking has been confirmed.

• Must be over 25 to book.

 

$100 USD REFUNDABLE SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

The $100 USD Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded to you via the same method it was given at the end of the event or upon confirmation that there has been no damage to the property.

• You check out at the agreed time and the number of people is not over the agreed.

• No confetti/glitter. NO DAMAGE. No staples, nails or thumbtacks are used in decorating.

• No glass by or in the pool .. please keep glass bottles by the bar and serve in plastic cups.

• No smoking ON THE PREMISES • You clean up after yourself (including gas grill, coolers, and put all trash in trash bins •

• PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ABOVE THE $100 USD DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

 

RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD RESTRICTIONS:

• ALL events/parties must end by 11:30 pm. • Parking for up to 30 cars on the lot next door.

• Please ensure your guests do not block neighbors' driveways at any point during the party (including unloading, packing up, drop-offs or pickups, etc.)

• Please ensure your guests leave the neighborhood quietly without trespassing on neighbors' property or continuing the party in the streets.

• There is Electric vehicle charging at an additional cost.

 

MUSIC RESTRICTIONS:

• NO LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED.

• We are unable to accommodate DJs and really loud sound systems out of respect for neighbors and other guests. Sonos system or Bluetooth is available to play music free of charge. Speakers must be returned at check out in working condition to receive your security deposit
